Recruitment requirements are as follows:

1. College education, have strong communication skills, ability and leadership skills.
2. Are able to complete the automation design process.
3. Aged 25 and above 40 years of age, more than five years work experience.
4. Has engaged in the connector industry work experience is preferred.
